As a general rule, all digital purchases, advertising budget tops-ups, and premium service subscriptions made on Speech BD are non-refundable. Because digital assets, ad impressions, and profile upgrades are delivered immediately upon successful payment, we do not offer refunds once the service has been provisioned.
If you use Speech BD's advertising platform to promote a page, post, or business:
Delivered Campaigns: Once an advertisement campaign has run and impressions/clicks have been delivered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Ad Account Balance: Funds added to your Speech BD advertiser wallet or ad account balance are non-refundable and must be used for future advertising campaigns on the Platform.
Rejected Ads: If an advertisement is rejected by our moderation team for violating our Community Guidelines or Terms of Use, the allocated budget will be returned to your internal platform wallet, not to your original payment method (bKash, Nagad, Card, etc.).
If you subscribe to any premium account features, verification badges, or content creator subscriptions:
Cancellations: You can cancel your recurring subscription at any time through your account settings.
Access Upon Cancellation: After cancelling, you will retain access to the premium features until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial or prorated refunds will be given for the remaining days of a billing period.
We understand that payment gateways can occasionally experience technical glitches. We will gladly review and issue a refund to your original payment method in the following scenarios:
You were double-billed for a single transaction due to a technical server error.

In such cases, you must report the issue to info@speechbd.com within 7 days of the transaction date, providing proof of payment and your transaction ID.
If your account is permanently banned, suspended, or restricted due to a severe violation of our Terms of Use (e.g., posting illegal content, harassment, or scamming other users), you forfeit all remaining balances, active ad budgets, and premium subscriptions. No refunds will be issued to terminated accounts.
